Project Management

Our project management team is here to ensure that your experience exceeds your expectations from start to finish

We are here to manage the entire project, down to the very last detail. No need to worry that your kitchen or bath will become a household construction site. Our project managers take great care to make certain your home is respected during installation. Barriers are put in place to contain dust and debris, and daily clean-up is required to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Installation Services

Luxura’s installation team offers extraordinary workmanship and outstanding attention to detail

Under the direction of our Project Managers, our expert Installers will handle every aspect of your kitchen or bath installation. From floor to ceiling, and everything in between, we have you covered.

Our Working Process

Consultation

A Luxura design specialist will sit down with you to listen as you describe the vision, needs and budget for your project. He or she will come to your home to gather necessary measurements and take notes on the scope of the project. The designer will then craft a personalized design, based on your preferences and detailed information. We want to be certain the design is exactly what you want before next steps in the process begin.

Proposal

Once necessary design revisions have been finalized, Luxura will offer a proposal, to include a copy of the design and detailed project scope. Your proposal will also include a personalized quote, outlining the description of services and a complete cost breakdown. Once the proposal is accepted, we will move forward with project scheduling and prepare for installation.

Installation

We pride ourselves on delivering a smooth and organized installation process. Luxura’s installers are respectful of all clients’ homes and are diligent in terms of maintaining a safe, healthy and clean worksite during your remodeling project. Barrier’s are put in place to contain dust and debris, keeping the “mess” to a minimum. Our installation team is experienced and adheres to the highest standards of quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Inspection

All work is rigorously inspected upon completion. Your Project Manager will inspect every last detail of your installation, ensuring that all work performed meets current building, plumbing and electrical codes. He or she will also make certain that you are pleased with the end-result of your project and address any questions or concerns you may have. Luxura’s goal is to ensure that you LOVE your new kitchen or bath!
