This couple enjoys entertaining and always dreamed of adding a wet bar area for cocktail parties.  Our designer rearranged the kitchen layout to capitalize on unused space, discovering the perfect spot for a bar sink.  Enough distance from the center of the kitchen to leave meal-prep space for the busy hostess, yet close enough for conversations with guests.  What an ideal beverage station for happy hours – truly transformational!

Having a wet bar in or near the kitchen is an entertainer’s ultimate dream, because it means you’re always ready for a party.  A wet bar is a place that can easily store wine and spirits, plus everything you need to enjoy them, like glassware, mixers, a bar sink and ice.  We’ve had the pleasure of designing a variety of these spaces for our clients over the years,  and this is one of our timeless favorites. 

"We just love the traditional and functional wet bar space that the experts at Luxura designed for us. This area of our home is right next to our kitchen and also leads out to our large patio area, so it was the perfect location for home entertaining. During family gatherings, it's the ideal spot for making cocktails, and on hectic weekdays, the mini-fridge below is the perfect height for thirsty toddlers' juice boxes or bottled water.
